Mr. Burker is the neighbour of the Collins. He picks up everything that falls on his lawn and doesn't give it back (including Phoebe Collins' diadem and a comic from Jake). He lives together with his wife, Mrs. Burker.
He was turned to stone by a Basilisk in Welcome to the Jungle, but was freed when Jake petrified the Basilisk (though not before Jake broke off the petrified Mr. Burker's ponytail and fixed it back on under his nose, causing the ponytail to become an absurd moustache).
